My journey started when I studied web design and development at the University of Greenwich. After studying for a HND in Computer Systems Engineering, my passion for web technology soared. Over the years, I've honed my skills, staying ahead of trends and best practices. Becoming a CIW-Certified Web Associate & Web Design Specialist was just one step in my quest for excellence.
But it wasn't until 2020 that I delved into the world of SEO headfirst. Armed with my first Digital Marketing accreditation from Google and guided by the expertise of SEO expert Steve Deane from Nu Studio in Ireland and Semrush's own Director of Organic Search, Kyle Byers, I unlocked the secrets of search engine optimisation and earned accreditations from industry leaders Semrush and HubSpot (to name a couple). The motivating question I asked myself was, "How can I ensure my clients' websites are not just created but also seen?"
